Salute to knowledge transmitters! LuoLifen Group holds a grand Enterprise Lecturer Teacher Day event

In recognition of the outstanding contributions of internal lecturers in talent cultivation and knowledge inheritance, and to create a good atmosphere of respecting lecturers and valuing training, the group recently held the "2025 Luo Lifen Group Internal Lecturer Teacher Day" event at the cinema on the first floor of the Progress Building. Ms. Luo Lifen, the President of the Group, Mr. Lin Jianping, the General Manager of the Company, Mr. Wang Zhenhua, the Deputy General Manager, Ms. Zhang Xiuqiong, the Vice General Manager of Finance, and internal lecturers of the company gathered together to celebrate this exclusive festival, which belongs to the category of "enterprise knowledge ferryman".

Ms. Luo Lifen, the President of the Group, delivered a speech emphasizing the cultural heritage and professional philosophy behind Teacher's Day, which emphasizes that "there is a priority in listening to the Tao and a specialization in one's profession". She pointed out that the essence of the Group's "family culture" is to inherit culture, and every employee who deeply cultivates their profession can become an "old teacher" of others. On the basis of Luo Lifen's original three standards of "speed, accuracy, and precision", a new dimension of "attitude" has been added, clarifying that speed is related to demand timeliness, accuracy is related to professional service precision, and precision determines customer exquisite experience. Attitude is the key to imparting knowledge and determining the final height of results. The CEO also mentioned Luo Lifen's "Five Paths" concept and the 200 point value transmission standard, emphasizing that as a "seed force", lecturers need to achieve a complete value transmission from "hearing" to "preaching". In the face of the AI era, she proposed that the group is actively promoting automation and digitization, and called on instructors to clarify their mission and make good use of AI tools rather than being dominated by them. Finally, she motivated the team with "Believe in professionalism, be determined to be beautiful", hoping to gather strength in the big family, create excellent results together, and express gratitude and blessings to the lecturer teams in various fields.

A "Lecturer Experience Sharing" session was set up at the event site. In the sharing session, senior lecturer Lin Jianping from the group, based on his previous experiences and his own podium experience, deeply felt that teachers not only impart knowledge on stage, but also transmit positive energy through words and deeds in the audience. He hopes that we can unite love and positive energy through exemplary words and deeds, and help the development of the enterprise together. Ms. Zhang Xiuqiong, an intermediate lecturer in the group, also shared her own thoughts. As a new internal trainer, she is very grateful for the growth platform built by the group. She stated that the honor of being an internal trainer is a responsibility that requires continuous learning, refining experience, and delivering value to help the team progress. Excellent lecturers from the R&D, sales, and production sectors also shared their insights on site. The lecturers expressed that they had gained a lot from this Teacher's Day activity.

At the event, the CEO also presented gifts specially prepared by the group to representatives of internal trainers, inspiring them to continue to be "disseminators of corporate knowledge" and contribute more to the development of the group.
