Mr. Zhang from Tongji University asked:

1. If a company has grown so large, it will inevitably encounter bottlenecks in its development. How has the company overcome them?

Mr. Lin: The development of the enterprise has always adhered to the core concept of putting professionalism first and quality first. No mode can violate such core principles. For 33 years, we have focused on professionalism and quality, so much so that we chose the latter direction between rapid profitability and long-term business development. The fact proves that our choice is wise. This is inseparable from the original intention of the group's start-up. We have always carefully designed every product from the perspective of our customers, and at the same time, we have done precise management in every production, sales, and service process. At first, there may be doubts, but we remain firm in our original intention. The sustained and permanent development of an enterprise depends on its strategic direction, which determines what can and cannot be done.

2. How can a company effectively motivate and avoid periods of job burnout with so many employees?

Mr. Qi: For the talent sector, we are willing to invest heavily in cooperation with major beauty related colleges and universities to meet the supply of talent. First and foremost, companies must have talent. Next, let's talk again about how to cultivate and retain it!

I believe that employees in enterprises pursue only four aspects: 1. Opportunities for growth. 2. Development space and 3. Family oriented corporate atmosphere. 4 higher than the income of peers in the same industry.

1. In terms of growth opportunities:

Enterprises always adhere to the principle of putting people first, fully respecting human nature, starting from the advantages of employees, and making good use of their strengths to match positions. At the same time, they provide employees with fixed and customized learning opportunities every year, constantly allowing employees to grow and progress here

2. In terms of development space: Enterprises should establish a scientific management promotion mechanism, and continuously build new platforms and add new business segments to provide employees with more development space.

3. Family oriented corporate atmosphere: We create a warm corporate atmosphere for our employees, such as holding monthly employee birthday parties, providing travel opportunities for employees' parents, and sending gifts home during holidays. Many out of town employees can feel the group's concern for them.

4. High income compared to peers in the same industry: Many employees have settled down here. On the premise that the salary system is higher than that of peers, increasing performance every year can also effectively ensure employees' income.

How to avoid large stores deceiving customers and agents not following in the footsteps of headquarters to develop their own brand independently?

Mr. Qi: We follow the channel business model, and for the promotional section, we mainly emphasize the overall image of Luo Lifen. Our channel partners highly recognize the headquarters of the group, acknowledging the personal charm of the President, Vice President, and management team, the corporate culture of Luo Lifen, and the product quality of Luo Lifen. Our agents have been following us for more than ten or twenty years. As the enterprise grows and continues to grow, culture is the most important link. Culture needs to be practiced and spread from top to bottom, and everyone shares the same desire to form a great alliance. Our mission is to be the most respected family brand and make the world beautiful because of Luo Lifen. So, such a situation would not occur in our group.

3、 Mr. Chen from Tongji University asked:

Why are the products of the group not sold online? Is it due to product form or corporate strategy?

Mr. Qi: Our marketing model is through channel partners. So, our products are different from those in the daily chemical line, they are concentrated in counters and shopping malls. It belongs to the public prescription and does not have exclusive or targeted features.

We belong to the professional line of products, and as offline physical stores (beauty salons, beauty clubs, etc.), we pay more attention to targeted treatment, prescription differentiation, targeted skin conditioning, and conveying service and professional skincare awareness to our end consumers. The second reason why we do not sell online is to protect the interests of our agents and partners.
