Fujian Taiwan funded beauty and skincare company, Luo Lifen Holdings (6666), guided by Yongfeng Gold Securities, will conduct public underwriting of its stock through a bidding auction before going public. The bidding period is from now until November 1st, from 9:00 to 14:00 daily, with a minimum auction price of NT $110 per share. It is expected to go public on November 19th.
Rolifen KY has created three brands of facial care products, namely "Grignard", "Saint Denier" and "Dionce". The products have been marketed to more than 3200 beauty salons in 30 provinces and cities in China, creating a beautiful kingdom in Chinese Mainland. In the fiercely competitive Chinese beauty market, after years of market research, product development, and professional talent training, Luo Lifen has created a professional level beauty and skincare brand. The revenue from 2015 to 2017 was 210 million yuan, 435 million yuan, and 869 million yuan respectively, doubling for three consecutive years; After tax net profit of 11.65 million yuan, 84.67 million yuan, and 240 million yuan, with an annual profit growth rate of over 1.8 times; EPS is 0.35, 2.38, and 7.27 yuan respectively. In the first half of this year, the revenue was 621 million yuan, an increase of 87.7% compared to the same period last year; After tax net profit was 204 million yuan, an increase of 143.3% compared to the same period last year, with an EPS of 5.33 yuan.
